This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the platform. Any use of the Service is conducted at your own risk and implies total adherence to the protocols described herein.

This agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use our Services or maintain an active account. Any reference to "Lifetime" access refers solely to the operational life of the platform or specific product. Access and functionality may be affected by external platform updates, API changes, or network regulations. We reserve the unilateral right to update or modify these terms at any time.

By accessing this Service, you explicitly warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of legal majority in your specific jurisdiction of residence. Volyra does not knowingly provide services to minors, and any account found to be operated by an individual under the legal age will be immediately terminated with no refund.

You further represent that you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of automation or simulation software is prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your utilization of Volyra complies with all regional and international regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, session tokens, and access keys. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to be your own. Sharing your access with unauthorized individuals, reselling sub-accounts, or distributing session data without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

Furthermore, you are strictly forbidden from attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or probe our backend infrastructure. Any attempt to circumvent safety mechanisms, such as watermarks or rate-limiters applied to our software outputs, will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your access privileges.

All premium access is billed exclusively via decentralized, immutable cryptocurrency transactions. Due to the digital and immediate nature of our platform—and the irrevocability of blockchain payments—all sales are strictly final. There are absolutely no refunds, credits, or exchanges provided under any circumstances, regardless of service uptime or third-party platform stability.

This zero-refund policy applies across all subscription tiers (Free, Premium, Plus) and individual marketplace services. By initiating a payment, you waive any right to dispute the charges through traditional financial intermediaries. Any attempt to dispute or manipulate our cryptographic payment system will result in an immediate, permanent blacklist.

You agree not to utilize Volyra to deceive, defraud, or scam others. Misrepresenting our watermarked software outputs as genuine, government-issued, or corporate-verified documentation is strictly prohibited and violates the core Terms of this platform. This includes any attempt to impersonate legitimate brands or retailers for malicious gain.

Unauthorized automation of Volyra's internal APIs, the use of 'stress-testing' scripts against our infrastructure, and the distribution of cracked or modified versions of our software are all classified as high-level violations. We monitor all infrastructure traffic for suspicious patterns to ensure the integrity of the platform for all legitimate users.

We solely provide access to digital tools, automation software, and simulation modules. You acknowledge that the use of such tools may violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Discord, Snapchat, or Instagram). You assume absolute legal and technical responsibility for any resulting consequences, such as account suspensions or shadowbans.

Volyra bears absolutely zero liability for the response of third-party entities to your use of our tools. We exist as an independent infrastructure provider and do not guarantee compatibility with third-party updates. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your actions comply with the rules of the platforms you interact with.

The Volyra name, logo, software architecture, and all related custom UI components are the exclusive proprietary property of the platform. Any unauthorized use of our branding to create 'clone' services or to mislead users into thinking they are interacting with an official third-party platform partner is a direct violation of this agreement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services according to your subscription tier. This license does not grant ownership rights to the underlying software or infrastructure. Any attempt to harvest or scrape our source code is strictly prohibited.

The Service is provided entirely on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from external platform changes.

Volyra does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You assume all risk and liability for the outputs generated by our automation and simulation software. We are not responsible for any data loss, server bans, or technical failures resulting from your use of the platform.

Under no circumstances shall Volyra or its infrastructure providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other basis.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volyra from and against any and all claims, legal actions, damages, or losses resulting from your use or misuse of the tools provided. This includes any legal fees or costs incurred by the platform due to your violation of these Terms or third-party laws.

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We bear no liability for any data or access lost during the termination process.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Volyra operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of this agreement shall be settled in the courts of our choosing, or via private arbitration if determined necessary.
